In 2007, a Tentative Site Plan was engineered specifically on Parcel 017 (100.43 Acres) featuring a 195 single family subdivision rightfully named the VICTORIA KNOLLS SUBDIVISION. Although extensive research and engineering have been conducted, no physical improvements have been made.
