The offgrid home structure is overbuilt and in great condtion. The orirginal home predates permits, and we didn't find permits or violations of recorded. The framing, foundation, and basic structure are clean, but bare inside, needing some windows, sheetrock, roof on the addition, etc. Septic is there. But we couldn't find a well. Water lines go all over the place, water was likely used from an abandoned adjacent lot's spring. or hauled in or pumped in from mill creek Needs well or to buy the adjacent abandoned property with a well (cheaper). sold 'as is.'
