The east 38-acre parcel planted to Chandlers in full production further improved with (3) wells, large shop and modular home. East parcel: 38 +/- acres of Chandlers planted in 2014. These 10-year-old walnuts are in good condition. 2023 production was 7,156 in-shell pounds per acre. West parcel: 36 +/- acres of potted trees planted in spring of 2019 and grafted to Chandler in the fall. These 4-year-old walnuts should have their first harvest in 2025 or 2026.
