These five acres sit in the mountains of Trinity County and offer miles of forest service land minutes away. The property was used for a cannabis operation a few years back but now is ready for new development. The land needs some clean up, and with some TLC it could be an awesome property for a homestead. Or maybe a spot to have a cabin or great camping site. There is a drilled well on the property that per owner is a good producer. sewer will need to be by septic system and power will need to be by alternate sources. This off grid property has potential and is worth a look.
