There's a lot to like about this 9.82ac property. Picture yourself perched above Trinity Lake with peek-a-boo lake views and plenty of elbow room. This off-grid opportunity has a drilled well with plenty of sun exposure for a solar pump system. Large gardening flats that can be repurposed to garden anything or build anything on. Zoning is Unclassified (UNC), General Plan Designation of Resource (RE), buyer to verify.
