Subject property is currently in the process of being split from adjacent parcel. Sale of property will be contingent upon the successful approval and split of said property into a 2.4 acre parcel with existing home. The home is in need of complete repair, to include a new leachfield. Tentative Map from the County is attached in Documents and shows the proposed site for that leachfield as well as the lines proposed for the complete site. Property will be given an address and parcel number once complete.
