Those on the far west side of the complex have spectacular views of the Sacramento River, and Downtown Redding. The Bluffs - Information
The Bluffs are a group of homes very centrally located in Redding between the Sacramento River and Interstate 5. Many have been remodeled inside while a few others are still original. A short distance up the street you have access to and Sacramento River Trail system and Sundial Bridge.
Most of these homes are either the 1350 or 1600 square foot varieties and have a 2 car attached garage. A few others are single level and slightly smaller. Primarily the townhomes are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Homeowners Association Dues dues are $350 per month as of 2022 in The Bluffs, these dues cover the expense of the exterior of the buildings, roofs, landscaping, two community pools, driveways, RV parking area, etc. These are expenses that also occur in single family homes albeit in much larger dollar amounts when they come up.
This planned unit development is very easily mistaken for a traditional "Condo" complex. The "Condo like" lifestyle is the same yet it is different on how title is held to each home. Feel free to ask and I can explain some of the differences.
